It is very, very easy to make.  You're in luck!

I think the pork butt is one of the most flavorful cuts.  It's not the actual ass of the pig as the name would suggest, but just the name of the cut.  It is actually located toward the front of the pig and cut from the shoulder.  Betcha didn't thin...
